Charlie Murray:

JCB and HGV driver biker for 40 years, qualified TT MGP marshal for 2 ½ years but have marshalled on and off for years for all sorts of events.
He first started riding motorbikes when he was about 7 years old on Honda 50’s around fields. Then motorcross bikes, and at 16 years old he became Isle of Man solid fuel schoolboy motorcross champion. Passed his bike test and by the time he was 18 was planing his first road trip on his own of for a 2000 mile trip around Ireland and from then he had the bug.

He has travelled 16 countries in the last 7 years. He has also travelled 10 countries and 5500 miles in 15 days for a holiday, so this time at least I will be doing this for a good reason, the There and Back the charity challenge.

Paul Hunt:

Paul started racing in 1981 at Jurby airfield and progressed to Manx G P in 1984 winning the senier MGP in 1988 on a ZX10 Kawasaki touring bike.
He was also Manx road race champion 4 times, and had top 6 results in all the big international events including The Northwest 200, TT races and Ulster GP.

He won the 750 production class TT in 2004 and was lying 3rd in the senior on the last lap when the clutch broke.
He also travelled to the Estonia TT in 2001 and won both superbike rases, breaking Joey's lap record.
